The Cottage, Harvest, Ever After, and Grand Estate all include full on-site design and professional installation — we compose and build the whole display for you, start to finish.

You pay at checkout once you select your package and add-ons. You then will select your preferred date. Your order stays “pending confirmation” until we verify your service area and lock your install date, typically within 24 hours.

We install throughout the fall season on scheduled dates. Because we cap the number of installs, popular weekends fill first — reserving early gives you the best choice of dates.

Yes, if you add end-of-season removal ($150). We clear the entire display and leave your entrance clean and ready for winter. It's the easiest part of the whole thing — for you, anyway.

Our displays are built for the outdoors and hold up well in normal fall weather. If severe weather forces us to reschedule an install, we'll coordinate a new date with you directly.
